Wilbur Harland Pelham

Wilbur Harland Pelham, 86, departed this life on May 22, 2021.

Direct Burial will take place at 11am on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Patton Cemetery.

Wilbur was born October 17, 1934 in Valparaiso, Indiana to the late Harland James Pelham and Georgia L. Pelham.

He attended high school. Wilbur worked as a truck driver and he retired from Performance Plus. He enjoyed gardening, nature, taking long walks, eating out and making his famous meat loaf.

Wilbur was blessed with seven children; eight siblings, Patsy L. Humbers, Zina Michaels (preceded in death), Merle Pelham (preceded in death), Marlene Pelham, Marion Pelham, Lester Pelham (preceded in death), Leslie Pelham (preceded in death) and Nancy Pelham (preceded in death); and one special friend-companion, Mary Meriweather; good friend, Mike and many nieces, nephews and his extended family the Meriweather's.
