Pastor Gary received his formal education in Cotton Plant, Arkansas, and went on to obtain his G.E.D. in Michigan City, Indiana. He was a man of many talents, but his culinary skills were renowned. He worked as a cook at various restaurants, including Four Winds Casino and most recently, Swingbellys Restaurant. His dishes were not just meals, but expressions of his love and care for those he served.

In addition to his culinary pursuits, Pastor Gary had a deep passion for preaching and serving his church. He was an esteemed member of the Redeemed Fellowship Church under the leadership of Pastor David and First Lady Jillian Ashley. His sermons were filled with the warmth of his faith, and his words could inspire a sense of hope and love in the hearts of all who listened.

One of his favorite songs, "Every Praise is to Our God," perfectly encapsulates his unshakeable faith and love for the Lord. He loved helping others, especially taking care of his beloved mother, Lula Mae Jackson, who recently passed away. His dedication to family and faith was a beacon for all who knew him.

Pastor Gary Jackson was a man who lived his faith, not just in the pulpit, but in the kitchen, in his home, and in every interaction he had. His gentle spirit, his unwavering faith, and his loving heart will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know him.

In the words of the southern preacher he was, let us remember Pastor Gary not with sorrow, but with joy, for he has gone home to the Lord, where every praise is indeed to our God. His life was full of faith, love, and service, and his legacy will continue to inspire us all. As we mourn his passing, let us also celebrate his life, for he has run the race, kept the faith, and is now at rest with his Savior.
