Mary Anne (Kent) Langham

Mary Anne Kent-Langham passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, July 24, 2022.

Mary Anne Celebration of life will be for the immediate family and close friends.

Mary Anne Kent Langham was born on July 25, 1965, in Michigan City, Indiana to Shirley Jean Kent.

She received her formal education from Rogers High School in Michigan City, Indiana.

In 1981, she moved from Indiana to California returning to Indiana in 1999.

Mary Anne enjoyed hosting parties, cooking, spending time with her children and grandchildren and watching the cooking shows on the ID channel. Mary loved hugging and kissing people and telling stories about her younger days.

She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Johnny Langham; children, Antonio Rivera, Dominique Langham, Dominiesha Langham, Shirley (Rashad) Garner, Jonathan Langham, Delmara (Raynell) Henry, Nevaeh Hardaway Rivera all of Michigan City, Indiana; five step children, Kishah (Mordecai) Harris of Katy, Texas, Joseph (Delora) Garner of Michigan City, Indiana, Romain Langham, Yolanda Langham both of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Pamela Langham of Los Angeles, California; sisters, Jenia Johnson of Little Rock, Arkansas, Pauline Jackson of Michigan City, Indiana, Cindy Kent  Shirrell Williams of Oceanside, California; brothers, Tyrone (Marilyn) Perteet of  Michigan City, Indiana  Steven “Buggs” Fly of  Little Rock, Arkansas, David C. Williams Jr. of Hemet, California and 22 grandchildren that she loved and adored dearly and a host of cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Mary was preceded by death by her mother, Shirley Jean Kent and her stepfather, David C. Williams Sr., and her brother, Kevin Johnson.
