Anthony L. Allison

Anthony “Tony” L. Allison departed this life on 5:38am on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at Franciscan Health of Michigan City, Indiana. 

Viewing 4:00pm-5:00pm, Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Emmanuel Funeral Home. Memorial services will be 12pm, Saturday, June 24, 2022 at Good Ground Outreach Ministries 222 McClelland Avenue, Michigan City, Indiana. 

Anthony was born to James Hairston and Dora Mae Allison on January 26, 1962, in Michigan City, IN. 

He attended Rogers High School in Michigan City and graduated in 1982.

 Anthony’s work history spanned well over twenty years and for most of that time, he was a dedicated employee at Fiber Bond.  Due to health constraints, he was forced to retire from his position. 

Anthony had a kind and nurturing nature, always showing love and care to those he encountered. He possessed a gentle and loving spirit that touched everyone around him.

His love for his family knew no bounds, as he embraced them with unconditional affection and support. Anthony always demonstrated unwavering love and care towards his family.

The love he had for the Lord was evident in his words, and the way he treated others with kindness and compassion. 

As a die-hard sports fan, he wore his team's colors proudly and cheered them on in various sports. 

Anthony is preceded in death by his father James Hairston and Loving Mother Dora Mae Allison. Beloved sister Mary Jane Tejero and two awesome brothers, Tommie James Allison and Ronald Edward Allison. 

He leaves to cherish his memory, Fiancé Elizia Michelle Poston, two sons Anthony Marcus Allison, Taye Allison Michigan City, IN Two daughters, Marisa (Stephanie) Wilson South Bend, IN, Torri Allison Michigan City, IN and one Stepson Elijah Poston; four Sisters, Claudestta Thompkins Chicago IL.  Jacqueline Allison, Tina Allison Michigan City, IN, Deborah (Luke) Wilson Atlanta GA, Brother in love Jorge Tejero Michigan City, IN And host of loving relatives and friends.
